Welcome to my website... I hope you enjoy my explorations into nature and the photographic workflows that enable me to create with the medium of photography. I'm a visual artist with a passion for remote backcountry adventure and I have spent most of my life photographing and exlporing the beauty of our planet with the endless artistic inspiration that Mother Nature freely provides. I've also worked as a full time commercial photographer for 3 decades on commissioned projects for corporate and advertising clients throughout the US and 78 countries around the world. In addition to my commercial career I have created a large body of visual art inspired by a curiosity to explore the creative potential of the photographic medium. Utiizing multiple formats of photographic film and digital imaging technologies my photographic and digital art express the textures, colors, beauty and inter-connectedness of earths vast ecosystems and the web of life they support.
